Moving prices in the Czech Republic and abroad

We care about transparency and clarity in our services, so we make our price list available. If you have any questions related to pricing, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We usually base our pricing on an hourly rate; however, for larger projects or more specific types of work, we set a fixed price. This is determined based on an in-person or video inspection, a detailed email description, or photos you send, so the final price is clear and predictable for the customer. For larger property clearance projects, we set the price individually according to the volume in cubic meters (m³).

Are you a company?

For corporate jobs, we use a different rate card and calculation method. We always set either a fixed price for the entire job, or a corporate hourly rate, which reflects the higher complexity and responsibility.

The price depends on the scope of assembly/disassembly, the type of heavy items (e.g., servers, copiers, safes), building conditions (floors, elevators, surface protection), and the schedule based on the company’s operations (weekends, night work, phased work).

For an accurate quote, we base it on an inspection, photos, or a detailed email description, and we will prepare a binding, tailored estimate.

Perfect for situations where you only need help moving items within the same location, such as rearranging furniture or moving items between rooms or floors, without the need for a vehicle.

For a basic price overview, you can use our indicative price list. The hourly rate is charged from the 2nd hour worked and thereafter in half-hour increments. For larger-scale jobs, the price is determined individually based on an inspection of the property and an assessment of the complexity of the entire process and the customer’s requirements. For work during nighttime hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the hourly labor rate is increased by 200 CZK/hour per worker.

Clearance pricing

We charge 400 CZK per hour for each worker when clearing out properties. The price depends on the scope of the job, accessibility of the premises, and the amount of waste. We provide complete clearance services for apartments, houses, offices, basements, and attics, including transport and eco-friendly waste disposal at the recycling yard. In the case of apartment clearances after deceased persons, heavily contaminated spaces, or properties with a large amount of waste, a one-time surcharge of 2,500 CZK applies for extra cleaning and handling.

In this section, you will find clear price lists for our specialized services. Whether you need express transport, piano moving, or property clearing, we have detailed cost information prepared for you.

Working with heavy loads is our specialty. This can include boilers, water heaters, pianos, safes, ATMs, vending machines, industrial machines, hot tubs, catering equipment, statues, heavy solid wood furniture, storage heaters, heat pumps, air conditioning units, laboratory equipment, and more. If the weight exceeds the physical capabilities of our workers, we will arrange for a vehicle with a hydraulic arm or lift platform for the move.

We provide safe passenger transportation across the country and internationally with comfortable Škoda Scala and Škoda Octavia III vehicles. The rate is 500 CZK per hour. For longer distances and multi-day vehicle and driver reservations, pricing is individualized based on specific requirements. Price on request.

For property clearing, we charge 400 CZK/hour per worker. In the case of clearing apartments after deceased persons, clearing attics and basements, and generally heavy contamination of properties, a one-time fee of 2500 CZK is charged. Price on request.

We can handle any furniture assembly. Our customers most often hire us to assemble wardrobes, beds, and kitchen cabinets, but we can manage practically any furniture from well-known and specialized retailers. The cost of furniture assembly is 500 CZK/h per worker.

We want to make your move convenient, so we offer multiple payment options. Most customers choose to pay in cash or by bank transfer. For verified customers, we also offer the option to pay by invoice. For international orders or larger moves, we usually require a deposit (the amount of the deposit is determined individually).
