The moving process has a clear structure, but sometimes it needs to be adjusted slightly for the customer’s maximum satisfaction.
Planning
First, we need to know the list of items to be moved. You can send it to us via SMS, email, or the contact form. The mentioned contact form here on the website is the best option for both parties. Don't forget to include the pickup and drop-off addresses for estimating the distance and approximate travel time.
Cost estimate
Based on the provided information, we will determine a preliminary moving cost. A larger number of workers means a higher hourly rate but will definitely shorten the overall duration of the operation. Once we receive all the necessary information and details from you, we will be able to provide a final estimate. You don't need to worry about any hidden fees with us.
We will lend you packing materials
We offer the rental of boxes and packing materials, which you can pick up from us or have delivered to you for a fee. We require a refundable deposit for the boxes. We recommend labeling the boxes with their contents and the designated room, marking fragile items, and packing heavy items into smaller boxes.
Preparation of items for moving
If you don't want to spend time packing, we are happy to help and will take care of the professional packing of all necessary items. The preparation includes packing, disconnecting appliances, and disassembling furniture and built-in elements.
Efficient loading
During loading, we take the utmost care to avoid damaging your property. Large furniture needs to be loaded first and made accessible at the beginning of the move. Then we load the boxes, followed by other equipment, and finally the appliances, which we secure against shifting.
Safe transport
Your property is fully insured throughout the transport and the move itself. The driver is also extremely cautious and careful. If you don't have a way to get to the unloading address yourself, we are happy to transport you to the destination as well.
Complete unloading and installation
Upon arrival at the destination address, we will unload all the furniture and other items. At your request, we can also unpack, connect appliances, and assemble the furniture. In short, we will restore everything to its original state.
Final billing
After completing the move, we calculate the final price, which includes the total moving time, number of workers, used packing materials, and fees for tracked kilometers outside Prague. Payment is typically accepted in cash, and we will then send the invoice directly to your email address.
